WDC members are committed to advancing WDC’s mission and our collective capacity to champion and catalyze women-led developments.

Annual WDC Membership

Please log in to update your profile and complete the member intake survey so we can better serve our membership. (Your Member Profiile is an integral part of WDC Member database so that you and other members can learn more about each other’s experiences and interests)

Sponsor Member – $1000/year or $90/Month (via PayPal)

Individual membership similar to becoming a Timber Sponsor of WDC. Free admission to WDC online programs and in-person events as the year progresses during the membership period. Sponsor members provide one Sustaining Member scholarship to an emerging developer and help expand WDC’s organizational capacity and programming. Sponsor members receive special recognition on WDC’s website.

Sustaining  Member  -  $500/year or $45/Month (Via PayPal)

Free admission to WDC online programs and membership discount for in-person events as the year progresses during the membership period. Access to WDC advisors and support networks including potential participation in a Project Forum. Sustaining members enable WDC to provide membership scholarships and to expand WDC’s organizational capacity and programming.

Supporting Member – $200/year or $20/Month (Via PayPal)

Free admission to key WDC online programs and membership discount for in-person events as the year progresses during the membership period. Supporting members enable WDC to expand its organizational capacity and programming.

Student Member  -  $50/Year (via PayPal)

Free admission to key WDC online events and membership discount for in-person events as the year progresses during the membership period. Access to special programs and mentorship from other WDC members.

WDC Membership Scholarships

Each year, WDC provides membership scholarships to students and emerging leaders who are pursuing career and entrepreneurial opportunities in real estate development. Please email wdc@seifel.com if interested in applying.
