WDC members are committed to advancing WDC’s mission and our collective capacity to champion and catalyze women-led developments.

Annual WDC Membership (2024)

Please log in to update your profile and complete the member intake survey so we can better serve our membership.

Sponsor Member – $1000/year or $90/month

Individual membership similar to becoming a Timber Sponsor of WDC. Free admission to WDC 2024 online programs and in-person events as the year progresses. Sponsor members provide one Sustaining Member scholarship to an emerging developer and help expand WDC’s organizational capacity and programming. Sponsor members receive special recognition on WDC’s website.

Sustaining  Member  -  $500/year or $45/month

Free admission to WDC 2024 online programs and membership discount for in-person events as the year progresses. Access to WDC advisors and support networks including potential participation in a Project Forum. Sustaining members enable WDC to provide membership scholarships and to expand WDC’s organizational capacity and programming.

Supporting Member – $200/year or $20/month

Free admission to key WDC 2024 online programs and membership discount for in-person events as the year progresses. Supporting members enable WDC to expand its organizational capacity and programming.

Student Member  -  $50/year

Free admission to key WDC 2024 online events and membership discount for in-person events as the year progresses. Access to special programs and mentorship from other WDC members.

WDC Membership Scholarships

Each year, WDC provides membership scholarships to students and emerging leaders who are pursuing career and entrepreneurial opportunities in real estate development. Please email wdc@seifel.com if interested in applying.
