April 21, 2026 at Noon ET: Knowledge Forum – Strategically Examining AI + AI Collaborative Launch
At this Knowledge Forum we learned new techniques to deploy AI strategically and securely to accelerate projects and work smarter. Olya Krasnykh, Kelly Greenwood and Lynn Chock explored the “three pillars” of prompting to help you retrieve, research and reason with AI in a structured, reliable way. They demonstrated how to use Claude on a real estate case study and compare its performance with Perplexity, ChatGPT, and other AI models. The audience bought their questions about how to apply to their own projects.
• Live demos + audience-driven prompts: we tested prompts and analyze outputs in real time and refine them based on attendee input.
• Tool comparisons: see how Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and other models respond to the same tasks—and when each tool is the best fit.
• Case-study sprint: accelerate real estate analysis using open and private workspaces, new chat windows and extended sessions.
• Build reusable assets: leave with prompt and workflow recommendations you can apply immediately.
May 3, 2026: Women Leading Neighborhood Revival and Restoration in East Nashville
We explored in East Nashville how women have rebuilt the community in the wake of natural disasters and restored its identity. We connected with local leaders advancing small‑scale development, retail entrepreneurship, live entertainment, and the thoughtful revitalization of Five Points. We discovered the neighborhood’s evolution, future opportunities for transit‑oriented multifamily housing, and the ongoing balance between historic preservation, limited housing inventory, and affordability for artists and long‑time residents. Our program was hosted by Hawkins Partners and featured Kaitlin Dastugue of Civic Design Center, Gina Emmanuel of Centric Architecture, Tracey Ford of EOA Architects, and Kim Hawkins of Hawkins Partners Inc.

May 4, 2026: Women Setting The Stage with Creative Activation in Wedgewood Houston (WEHO)
We visited Nashville’s fast developing Wedgewood-Houston (WEHO) neighborhood, an industrial district transitioning into a walkable, mixed use community with vibrant arts and retail businesses. We discovered how women leaders founded SNAP 45-years ago to preserve WEHO’s residential character and continue to shape its development with new multifamily housing, unique alley ways and adaptive reuse of former industrial buildings. Known for its murals, galleries, and raw energy, WEHO is an evolving area, holding onto the creative grit that defines it. Our program was hosted by SNAP (South Nashville Action People) and feature its Board Member Caroleen Wilkes of STRAATEGIES, Elam Freeman of Ojas Partners, Mary Miller of HDLA, and Anna Yoder of HASTINGS Architecture. May 20, 2026 at Noon ET: Knowledge Forum – Strategies to Build Your Career
Building a career in real estate isn’t just about landing a job. It’s about intentionally building a profession over time. We had a candid conversation designed for women across the built environment spectrum– from early to mid-career and senior executives navigating their next move. Ellen Klasson of RCLCO and Cindy Ma of UC Berkeley MREDD Career Development discussed what’s working, what isn’t, and how women are getting in front of key decision-makers. Moderated by Dicko Ba, author of Built to Land, this program explored the longer arc of professional development– who you’re becoming, how you build credibility, and how to stay strategic even when the path isn’t linear.
