Madelyne Kirch is the founder of SMMC, a boutique real estate marketing agency focused on residential and commercial real estate, placemaking and economic development. She is a Vice Chair of ULI's national Public Private Partnership Council and a former Communications Chair of ULI’s New York District Council. She currently chairs a mentoring program at Fordham University on behalf of CREWNY and also serves as a mentor and “Big” for Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York.
Madelyne holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and a dual degree in journalism and political science from its Newhouse School and College of Arts & Sciences. She enjoys traveling, cycling, (with numerous trips to Europe under her belt), skiing, and visiting her two Millennial children, both of whom are happily “off the payroll.”
